Tricia Adams

GENERAL MANAGER AND CO-OWNER

Tricia co-founded Lakemore with her husband Dean in 2015 — Dean's craft as a builder, Tricia's eye for design, and a shared belief that families deserve a place that feels as good as it looks. For years, Tricia ran Lakemore alongside a 15-year career as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. When it was time to choose, she chose the lake. She now oversees design, development, sales, and guest relations for the resort, and co-directs Bay Area Contracting and BAC Design Group alongside Dean. She has three kids and a love of travel.

MacKenzie Schwartz

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

McKenzie grew up in Michigan. Before joining Lakemore, she built her hospitality instincts on Hagerty's Private Client Service Team — where no detail was too small and expectations were always high. She brings that same standard to the resort, making sure guests arrive to something that feels effortless. Off the clock, you'll find her with her husband, their golden mountain doodle Bentley, a fishing line in the water, and very low expectations of actually catching anything.
